A little back story - by age 38 I had everything I felt I ever wanted - I was happily married and had 2 kids (I had wanted kids since I was 14!!!) I had a successful health care practice and we lived in a sweet small town in Idaho, surrounded by the beauty of lakes and mountains. Life was good!!! Then a divorce happened. This was not what I planned! It was tough, painful, so many losses in the experience. Yet it brought me to this new phase of life which is amazing in a whole new way – truly in ways I had not imagined.
Many women tell me they are exhausted, lost, have no idea what to do next, feel hopeless, and/or are suffering on so many levels. I get it!!!

What I have learned is that we are not in this alone. We can take steps together. One step at a time. “Awakeing By Choice” is a process of building consciousness with awareness of who we are and where we want to be. It is a process that allows empowerment and inner peace. It is a process that helps us to create the life we want to live - one by choice - not by a default setting.
