Upon moving to Taos, New Mexico it was important to me to honor the ancestors of the land in a good way. This painting represents the planting of 3 sisters, the waters, and other aspects of nature, along with the triskele (triple spiral) representing birth, life and death (as well as past, present and future and mind, body and spirit)
